Benjamin Franklin Dewees Runk Papers [manuscript] 1972-1974.

The collection contains University of Virginia related correspondence of Mr. Runk, including congratulatory letters on his receipt of the Thomas Jefferson award, Founder's Day, 1973. Of interest is his identification of a tree behind the Monticello law office as a Cedrela sinensis. The collection also contains "A preliminary checklist of George Washington's field crops," prepared by Donald Jackson, as well as invitations, meeting notices, and programs.
